Feb 25, Kaion rated it really liked it Shelves: school , nonfiction. Not bad at all as far as science textbooks go though certainly biology texts are in general much more readable than say, chemistry and physics texts and as a introduction to Genetics.

Unfortunately not very up-to-date regarding molecular techniques. Elaborately written, step by step description of how genetics view the biology. Very interesting concepts, though very long. Sections on statistics etc not so interesting to me. Ultimately raised more questions than it answered. Oct 15, Debs rated it liked it. Fantastic diagrams; just annoyed at the massive error on the page with the Transformation, Transduction and Conjugation!
